The acquisition ANN says they have had CFDA approval and will re apply for the new CFDA for 2018 - my understanding from watching some other infant formula players is that there is a lot involved and a long wait for the new approval if they haven't even applied yet. I'm no expert just my opinion - maybe @TheChoice could clarify?
