We get flow rate. The company may feel the the flow rate could be better and the frack optimised. But let's assume it's optimal and within the managements 100-150bpd range....
As far as I'm aware it's multiplied by 15-25 times to get the Horizontal bpd. Though I have no understanding how this works as 15-25x is a huge range, how do you determine whether to multiply by 15 or by 30?
DW has said 100-150bpd is the equivalent to 2000-2500bpd from a Horizontal, but 100 x 15 is only 1500, so I don't understand how it works.
Anyway - it works somehow.
We prove the Horizontal.
We flow the well for a while to see what the drop off rates are like.
