There was no market manipulation going on.
Typical trading. It's been sitting between 12c and 12.5c all day. It closes on 12c and its manipulation?
Possibly some traders anticipated it would go green towards the meeting. Unfortunately they they were disappointed and got out before close.
No voodoo magic, no conspiracy, just a stock running out of huff and puff.
