could you please explain what that means from a charting perspective...

just spent four years doing applied finance at sydney university and the academics/literature couldn't look down its nose further at technical analysis/charting so don't really know much... but interested to hear what you have to say because that is not necessarily my opinion and believe it can be a useful tool.
