Reckon some will have sold their shares recently so they can afford to partake. That way they pick up the free options and financial situation for them would then be about neutral. The bonus is that Ton receives the money and increases its chances of surviving and probably IMO thriving if all partake. The sp. is bound to suffer short term while this is happening. I also believe acceptance date should be extended because of recent disruption.
