Just have to ask the hard 'why?' w/r/t the pay cut and $50K, and in the context of salary history, achievements and pivots to date, and this raising.
I like mgmt to have a lot of wages on the line and real performance metrics (and a taskmaster Board) - not earning less money and chilling on past freebies. Motivation!
But I suppose I really don't know what to make of SYT anymore - haven't since Overpass and Clash of Clans ha ha But I do know my holding is worth jack.
