was a bummer, Nicky. Just came home & found that thread declared locked. Was just going to post that I had just come from talking to 4 guys involved in the running of the Leonora (WA) detention centre..... They have a full house, including Iranians, who are lovely people and just want to assimilate and have a life, and get away from the Mullahs. No Jihadists or terrorists there....just people with kids wanting a life. They will be released into the community on 89% of the dole (from memory) for 5 years, not allowed to work or have education....to test their resolve (Julia's orders). I reckon they should be allowed to work. But no, the poverty is part of the test. Just thought I'd pass it on. It all sounded reasonable to me.
