Wasnt saying it would open at 16 cents upon failure. i was saying that in the next several months following failure I imagine there will be enough other news going on that it likely we will see a reversal back up to 16 cent territory providng an opportunity to get out with just a 16% loss if you bought in at current 19 cents. not a huge loss given the potential return if we do get good news
