Probably some 20yo at CS scrambling to dump stock as the BESBS play didn't work, mainly because the rate of penetration at HS-1 is much quicker than expected and the Gurame spud being brought forward also reduces the amount of time with which to liquidate a position before a result is know.

This is all based on the premise that these are both two very high risk wells. Based on previous drilling activity at these locations (Heron & Gurame), a better informed investor (as opposed to trader) may form a different view of the risk-reward play.
