next time u get a online email account use a password generator to set your password.. dont use easy passwords. generate a hard password ie over 32 chars long with numbers uppers lowers etc and set that for your email
download an encrypted password safe and store ur passwords in there and backup the database and stick it on a usb stick or somewhere else
