i personally cannot go along with todays exhuberance but it's nice to see people making a few bob. just hope they don't leave it all there. take some of it out at least.
the inflation, was as you stated, more on the housing side but the transport costs have not gone away
it was transport costs back in the 70's that wrecked havoc with the markets. puts the price of everything up. an interesting point too is when we had oil at 60 bucks gvt taxes on fuel was less. now gvt taxes are higher. if the possibility of 100 bucks oil now is the equivalent of 60 back then, it is something we must seriously take note of.
anyway, jolly good 'luck' to all today who have run up some nice profits.
berney will enjoy his holiday more. no one out to get him now. maybe that was his ploy, he he.
