Im pretty sure we will see the SPP over subscribed as long as the price hovers slightly above the issue price (not there yet however). As mentioned elsewhere someone like GFA has to take up their SPP to avoid any more dilution, same with JJH. Of course the negative effect of the SPP is that the share price is depressed before and after in the range of the SPP, with some overhang afterwards as traders take their profits.
