I agree with your comments, I've almost become numb to the catastrophe commentariat, of course at some point they will be right. Since the GFC this is all we have heard from this class of journalism. Too many people worried before the event, but take off the blinkers and see what happens AFTER major events, that's where I concentrate, what equities will survive and prosper when the competition is knocked out!
