All it says is that normally if it gets to that line therewill probably be some that will buy.
Then it becomes a matter of who wins out.
These things work till they don't but a trader would probably buy and then place a stop on a break of the low if one forms there.
As I said I have a sell indication for the US now and so would be very wary.
