The BAL issue is more IMHO a BAL CEO, Laura McBain disclosures/ communications issue of little consequence on an instrinsic basis to A2M. The market may not trust Laura McBain ever again and her position may be in jeopardy depending on who is on the BAL registry.
AHF did perform better than A2M at this time last year when they took over Camperdown CDC.
The Lion Court case could weigh on A2M sentiment altho I still think the intrinsic value of $1.70 or thereabouts is compelling.
Perhaps A2M's SP was too high of recent times and hence the BAL pullback.
Worrying times ahead perhaps but that is the nature of a bourse: buy on the dips, sell on the highs and keep your discipline in doing so IMHO but pls DYOR.
