Problem is here we have seen 4 companies now BKL BGA MGC BAL report Disspointing growth and slow downs against expectations
It's a fair bet given the obvious discounting taking place that BAL talked about by rivals that this has to have flow on effects for A2M it won't escape margin squeezes
You can bury your head in the sand an go on about the point of difference all day the A2 only protien
That is a good point and if the chinese go the way if A2 formula for the babies then happy days for A2M
However other companies can compete the A2 protien is a protien you can't patent a protien
There is nothing stopping other players entering the A2 protien space if they can convert enough herds over that is
It's not world unique either as we have seen with Origin in the US
I Think the whole business model of these sell to China will see down grades come thru next year as the chinese ramp up more regulatory changes
I don't think long term these daury stocks anymore are of investment grade from this point
