with respect to China there is strong consumer demand for Australian and NZ food and the Chinese will spend money to get them
IF is a case in point as there were baby deaths with Chinese IF
even in Communist countries money will buy you what you want
If the chinese consumers want Aussie NZ IF I am sure their money will find a way to get it.
THe Peoples 19th Congress has more important things to care about such as the reelection of the Chairman Xi and North Korea firing nukes at Guam
I doubt where there will be a big sentiment at the Congress to stop IF
