I don't think the DOW will have an affect on CNP. One announcement and it won't matter what the DOW says, CNP will be off. There are too many likely positive scenarios ahead for CNP for a drop in the DOW to affect it. It may only affect the disposable cash of day traders as their other stocks lose them money.
