shorters can only manipulate the price when there is panic. They cannot do it when the mentality has changed to positive.
From 36c-37c, now it is at 46cents, I believe shorters will buy back to cover their ass. This is not to mention an updated announcement tomorrow or within the next few days can potentially shoot the price upwards.
