Very simple really. As you say you have no issue but it intrigues you. Why not look at it that these people who don't hold are not biased, have experience and wisdom and are passing their experience on in a non provocative manner. It has nothing to do with moving on. I personally really detest rampers particularly the paid variety (whether cash or shares) who posture the imaginery benefits of holding just before a cap raise so that they can get people in to buy their shares and they profit. There are such persons who have numerous entities who do this and the result is that investors buy and are burnt and then leave. This is not good for the company nor good for investors as a whole. I find that really good informative non emotive posts from non holders are usually the best summaries and hence the rampers make comments like yours that they are disgruntled or can't move on.
