P/E analysis is not very useful evaluating growth stock like A2. However, it does give some perspective. EPS figure is usually given in yearly term. My interpretation is 1.5c EPS per year at the current earnings level. I find it hard to understand why they publish a half yearly EPS number.
Well it was true that for the past few months we got some amazing upgrades. Future ones are likely but not guaranteed. The instos know what they are doing and from my vague understanding that SP is currently fair valued until further notice.
I don't spend too much time analysing A2 simply I believed in it too much. I bought half a milk below 70cents. So don't bother me much.
