LONDON (SHARECAST) - Independent oil exploration and production company Heritage has edged up its stake in Canadian oil and gas firm PetroFrontier to 14.14%.

Heritage upped its stake by 0.23% through the acquisition of 145,000 PetroFrontier shares, at a total cost of C$0.23m.

All shares acquired by Heritage in PetroFrontier were acquired for investment purposes, a company statement said.
