VD is spruiking his wisdom on the other 100 or so shares he purportedly holds, I expect he will not return to comment hear having been found severely lacking in the charting / prediction department.
The authorities are not interested in a penny dreadful that is / has drawn in a few unsuspecting punters, not sure they can do much while ever the company appears to magically find someone will to stump a few more dollars to keep it alive.
