Well Yes and No IMO.
IF mining leases were to be granted in the near future, and the JV were to be finalised, it will be a different ball game IMO. The question is how likely is that going to happen anytime soon?
Also, if further findings regarding Tin at LB is reassuring, aswell as some positive results from the Egerton Gold Project, it will also spike the SP. Its a question of when i suppose.
