By the definition you have provided there is No Hammer forming.
Open to 22.5 to say close 25.5 is NOT a small body.
Low 19.5 is NOT twice the Body.
A close below 25.5 will/could leave a Negating Upper Shadow.

Most positive outcome of today is a close on or above 24.This is midway/50% of 27.5/19.5 move and would show some upward momentum but would not be as "agreeable"/positive as an actual True to Lifwe Hammer Formation with Monday confirmation.

The Volume is not indicative of Capitulation/Blow Off.One has to consider if Long Term Holders have Quit to be replaced by Short Term Chancers and the future trading ramifications if this change over has happened ie Period of Short Term say a fortnight profit taking on any rise.

I see 27/30 cents now as a Resistance area without definite,positive news on this tenement kerfuffle.
