It is unfortunate, that some of the Aborigines are disadvantaged.
This has more to do with the fact, that they are offered the same opportunities, and in most cases, more facilities, than non= Aborigines.
They choose, or cannot, make anything, of those opportunities.
Richard Lynn, an eminent psychologist, has done a study:
