Brokers are bemoaning the fact that turnover on the ASX is down and hence their profits are down. Perhaps they'll eventually work it out that a lot of retail traders are abandoning the share market because they are sick and tired of robot trading. Retail traders may not be that important to brokers but in these tough times every little bit helps.
