I am winding up my SMSF due to ill health. I am stuck with a couple of suspended shares and am interested in the ATO attitude to getting them out of the fund so I can close it. Do you have a contact at the ATO or some info I could use as a guide?
I am pretty keen to clean this up while I'm still around to sign off the closure otherwise it'll be a bunfight my wife doesn't need.
