Are the three former employees to be extradited and held?
More likely they will be "tried" in "abstencia".
The military personal are not likely to be given a severe sentence for obvious reasons.
It follows that the three will receive less -- if any.
HOWEVER top legal representatives would have no difficulty arguing a very strong case on behalf of the employees.
And will.
Because of the way the whole matter is evolving could well be that the Congo Government is pandering to critics and making the right noises - without affecting Anvil - the company - itself.
As such matters have a long gestation period and protrated processes, expect any findings to be a long time away.
Meanwhile there appears no reason why Anvil can't continue business as usual.
With nothing in the process likely to affect the company as such.
