They said in their 5/8 update that a strategic review is being undertaken of the Dive School as it is "a niche provider delivering limited cross-group synergies and will require additional investment and variations in course structure in order to grow." That's longhand for looking to offload.

Quantum and Academy have a job advertised today across both Campus. Welcome evidence of that cross-group synergy. Why it's taken to this point to do this?

Hard to see what else would sell and to whom? D and A is the obvious one...
