On 10th Jun, I confirmed with Rod, CFO of Intueri on the rumour of Quantum closures and the bully court case against CEO mentioned in the forum here. The following is the text message reply from him:

"As we advised at our AGM we are closing a few quantum centers to reflect the lower level of enrollments allowed at quantum this year but there are no plans to close the college itself.

I can confirm there is currently no court action lodged against Rob Facer or the company and we are not aware of any pending. Hope that answers your question. Regards. Rod. "

I personally have strong confidence in Rob and Rod, they are holding over 300k+ shares of themselves and are deeply underwater. They are definitely same side with shareholders and committed to make the company well.
