    CLOSURE OF REPLACEMENT PROSPECTUS

    We wish to advise that the company has closed the offer pursuant to its Replacement Prospectus dated 23 February 2009 with the acceptance of applications totaling $105,000.

    The company is continuing to work with the ASX with regards to the removal of the suspension of its securities. It is anticipated that this will happen shortly.
