Primary difference being that on the AMD GPU platform (keeping in mind that Xbox, PlayStation & Steam Deck are powered by AMD), ATV builds and licenses the core software piece of the technology stack that enables cloud gaming. So where 5GG buys an integrated NVIDIA solution called GeForce Now and resells it in Australia and NZ, ATV creates a solution and licenses it globally. 5GG has an addressable market of 30M whereas ATV has an addressable market of 7B.
