Under the rules of ASIC, they will eventually divulge everything they know about the company. Not sure which state you are from, i have a bad feeling this will end up on a Current affair at some stage like most of these scammers usually do.
But i think ASX has seriously let the market down on this one. They have compliance teams to do these things, this is why they only did something when it was presented to them on a plate. Now they don't know what to do, this is my opinion. As far as am concerned, I am mitigating what i have lost if that's possible.
