Oh god, some comments, i won't even bother with, i bought the stock like most of you in October when it was hyped.. got the name totally wrong,, Emerge gaming,,thought it was a esports stock like most of you.
well it's not, why am i asking to call compliance? i am a commercial litigator by profession.. i wonder whether the lack of due diligence was on part of the ASX to allow such a stock to trade or was it on the shareholders?
As a shareholder, i did my research though minimal into the stock and it does look from the outside to be a esports website. It's not. They are neither game developers nor sellers.
EM1 bought into the whole Pyramid scheme thing and blew the money they got from the share market.
I am still being serious, those interested in a litigation case can contact me, i am not a stock basher, or anything, i lost money like most of you have, this stock won't trade again. But i believe we can still do something to recover our losses
