I think what this real estate agent is trying to say is that in spooky times like what we are in now, buyers sit and wait it out as they are uncertain about things. Once calm resumes and they think it's safe to get into the market, property prices are rebounding and they missed the bottom. It's not unlike the stockmarket where investors sell when they should be buying and buy when they should be selling.
Some of you need to calm down. You can a two sentence quote and go off the boil. Maybe the real estate agent said a heap of other things but the editor didn't bother with it and it doesn't tell the story they want to publish.
