Vendor bid is no different than putting a price on it for private sales, calls of sharks lack of transparency, well you have 2 vendor bids that give you that. In the end the vendor has to deciede what price he will sell at, so what if he is to high it won't sell. But in the end it's the vendor who make the decision to sell and at what price.
