Vendor bid is joke. A Y generation want my cake and eat it too. You put a price on for a private sale. You allow others to bid for your house at an auction, you don't bid for it yourself? Next time at an auction, if they have to start it with a vendor bid, give it the credit it deserves, and bid underneath it. The vendor is not part of the bidding process, it's pretty easy to comprehend. If it doesn't meet reserve, the buyers can go and get whatever'ed but don't bid with them, it just makes us hurl. Have some backbone please.
