The thing is ...its down right deceitfull & misleading-- conduct that is illegal, cos they know whats going down...
had a chat with my nequew & his girfriend this aft'noon she is a proprty admin/rental clerk with a Ray White agency - a faily large concern....., and only in her early 20's
when I just asked casualy how things were going...it all came out, their own stats & other services in use tell the tale, this lass knew exactly what was goin on, fig's not only for our local market, international bubble outcomes,etc etc & a real fear of what it means to the mean propty values..... specific time frames, the lot
Her own real fear- own job security...which i found quite normal, & her biggest problem at work ..the reckless BS & propaganda put out by hardsell RE agents who know only to well where this is going....
we chated for hours, was v v enlightening, confirming to me what these bottom feeders have been doing to joe public for years... hopefully this will spell the end of these ratbags
