The matter of fact is I have never seen so many people encouraging others to sell a particular stock gathered all in one place.

Could they be all good samaritans who are worried about our investment and are losing sleep over our decisions? or perhaps just a bunch of idiots operating out of their mums basement with nothing better to do? I guess we will never know.

The fact of the matter however is that this company has been in this position previously and has come out triumphant. There is no need what so ever to read into their announcement other than waiting and giving them an opportunity.

Now onto the announcement from yesterday:

EM1 expects to begin integrating the AAA game streaming feature into its platforms during the next quarter being the period 1 January 2022 to 31 March 2022.EM1 has previously announced (ASX: 5 August 2021) that it has an instance of the cloud game streaming technology integrated and setup on its own servers and has tested a selection of 700 demonstration AAA games titles over 4G & 5G mobile networks using the Microsoft Azure infrastructure. Whilst EM1 currently has not secured the rights to publish or commercialise the vast majority of the demonstration AAA games titles yet, the Company will seek to conclude region specific license agreements where desired and commercially feasibility. In the first instance, through the Company’s current partners, EM1 has three competition-ready AAA games available to launch. The Company will look to acquire titles in a cost-effective manner and blend in premium games to augment the AAA gaming catalogue.

    That is great news!

If anyone understands the gaming industry they would know full well that AAA game licensing is very hard to secure. Its not an easy process and the fact they have talked about the agreements around being region specific goes to show that they understand this aspect of licensing and are working on it rather than making a generic recommendation.

Remember streaming games in Africa is likely going to require different pricing than say Europe or North America so this is likely part of the reason why they are working on region licensing.

The fact that they are in it with Miggster means they have the availability of big guns platform to help a small company like EM1 negotiate terms with AAA games license holders and it is possible this is what they are referring to in their divestment announcement.

If they manage to pull this, they could essentially be looking at a similar version of Netflix in gaming.

I must say though that for a penny stock, the clowns at ASX have shown way too much interest! Perhaps they have solved their server problems already and are now trying to fix other problems?

I mean our second biggest financial institution in our entire country Westpac has done everything wrong from funding child pornography to money laundry to insurance fraud and everything else in between. Not 1 measly question has been asked by the ASX, or maybe they are privately owned? Only EM1 is publicly listed.

Alas I digress, ladies and gentlemen, the clown show is in town, in fact it never left. Get your tickets, preferably front row and lets see what tricks they could turn. Sure they may appear dumb and confused but hey its all part of their game to entertain. So don't nitpick and just enjoy it.
