    Money owed to suppliers at the previous half yearly was $87.15 mill now its $114.44mill a further $24.29mill in liabilities if you took that off the cash balance it would be at 3-4 mill not 28 mill are they using suppliers as a bank ? Comments and
    explanation welcome and appreciated
