Roberts? he's as cracked they come. admittedly over time he's learned to use the services of his taxpayer funded staffers and now uses real info instead of his imagination, but still his questions and discussions are as brain addled as Craig Kelly.
Paterson is a different story. I've admired the man for his intelligence and knowledge of security nuances. I've also respected his relative independence. so to see him take such Party line is disappointing. but I s'pose it goes with the pay grade.
strike fear into the hearts is a bit cliche isn't it. and as for public servants the ancient Egyptians and Indians taught the British how to do bureaucracy. but Alexander had the largest public service in Europe until this last hundred years.
