One would expect that it is very easy to delete or remove a thread. My request was only that, a request made in good faith given the content of discussion and the resulting response from the ASX.
I feel that myself and other shareholders had every right to ask what happened to these 3.2 M shares, especially in light of the events that followed.
It is however unfortunate that the ASX felt that this waiver did not require a public announcement and that it took two requests for them to eventually find this information. Perhaps it only mattered in this instance because of what eventuated.
In any event, the apology to Mr Papamihail and gka [who's posts were removed by a moderator] is unreserved.
