Mate the tech isn't relatively new? It's been around since the 60's if not earlier by the Russians... the tech has been around for decades... but not one single full scale processing plant in the world has used RIP IX successfully...
See were I'm coming from?
PS.. CLQ owe the Russians a licensing fee... as they bought the proprietary tech off them... (just for your knowledge)
