My understanding is that the updated/final EPC cost from MCC is only due in June. Financing "solution" thereafter followed by FID. To paraphrase Cleantec I think they said they were "confident this will happen in 2019". Happy to be corrected. However, if this all drags on for another 10 months, the SP is going to get a lot worse. Cyclone Steve may be right................run for the hills.
