Spot on.
If we break the previous lower high of 52 from early November 2018, we will have technically shifted from a sideways consolidation towards a bullish pattern.
Prior to this, another good sign would be if the next low forms a support level higher than the previous low which was around 38 cents. If we find strong support at say 45-46 cents and then push off higher, that would be an excellent sign.
