This announcement is more interesting for what it doesn't say. If SNC-L (together with Chicago Bridge & Iron) were awarded the package for the FEED for the autoclave, acid plant and power, who is doing the FEED package for the rest of the plant, including feed preparation circuit (prior to HPAL), the refinery post-HPAL, tailings disposal and the rest of the infrastructure? Why split this work away from SNC-L if they are so good? Who is doing the rest and why was it not announced?

A contact told me that some of this additional work may be being done by Lycopodium in Perth, who are an ASX listed company. Surprised that it was not announced.

According to my understanding, a FEED package is the next stage AFTER a DFS. So how can you do a FEED package if you have not finished a DFS and had a chance to analyse what the study tell you? Seems like someone is in a hurry to get this thing built!
