This should be considered in the context of a Joint Venture.
If TSLA buy into CLQ not only do they guarantee their supply line they also get ownership of our tech which can be used buy SpaceX.
TSLA and SpaceX are not the same company but they have shared technology in the past. The welding tech developed by SpaceX is used to make Teslas for example.
