Yes. I would be surprised if there was investment from outside of China. Airbus are experimenting with CLQ's scandium as we speak. they are startling to push electric cars aggressively so need nickel and cobalt. up to 80% of China's ground water is poluted and unsafe.
25 million people in china are exposed to unsafe levelsnof arsenic in their water, aresenic is what they've planning to remove at fosterville.
