I believe management said last year at the agm a deal will be done at a much higher price then what the share price was at the time.
I think the sp was around 40 cent then? Management will not do a deal for the sake of it. The longer it takes the better resource prices seem to be heading (up trend). When a deal is announced the sp will get rerated very quickly. 1q of 2020 we will see some massive movement in my opinion.
